With the break in the weather, there should be plenty of strollers around in the loops. Was checking them out yesterday around 10 and saw almost nothing. Wilkens I saw 2 both sitting on some steps looking like they were semi-conscious, leaning to the side and head down. Wash. Blvd, 1 near the DD, circled back and some guy was walking up to her and they disappeared behind a house. On to Patapsco and Fairhaven, nothing. Brooklyn 6th to 3rd on Washburn, Pontiac and Jeffrey saw nothing. Time frame was from 945 to 1030, hopefully this will change, as it used to be good during this time frame.

Amber is usually near Royal Farms and DD on Washington. As far as the dead streets, there are a couple of factors affecting the supply. You have the pandemic, stimulus money, and increases in government benefits, all of which has led to a disruption in the supply chain. This is a temporary issue, the drug corners are not reducing; therefore, as long as there are drugs and no other means for addicts to get it, there will prostitution.

Case in point, I saw Gina a few days ago walking through McDonald's lot on Washington. I tried to stop her but she wasn't interested. She said that her and 3 other women were staying at the motel near I95. I told her to come with me for a few and she just walked away, no bye or nothing. I went to my office and fell asleep, I woke up at 2 am and decided to go home, and I saw Gina walking up Patapsco. I pulled over, she got in and said nothing. I took her back to my office and punished her little twat. She asked if I could pay for the motel room instead of the money, I declined that. I gave her $30 and let her have a pack of cookies.

She was attractive and appeared to be a "civilian" when we first encountered each other. I guess YMMV with her because we had several enjoyable, spirited sessions. I would describe her as a very intelligent girl with a lot of "street". When I saw her last, about a week ago, she appeared to be just a figment of herself. We talked but didn't date, and she told me about her stay in the hospital because of the beating she absorbed from her bf. She's lost a lot of weight and seemed to be tired and street worn. When we used to meet she was always clean, fresh, and made-up. I guess "here today and gone tomorrow" is how I would describe her decline, but still will help her out with "go money" if she asks, with no "strings".

As far as Shannon / Cheyenne. I've committed in a past report on her. Great time always. Great DT and easy to get along with. She comes and goes. Brooklyn Park is where she started years back when she was very young. I think that she is a very beautiful girl when she takes care of herself. She's still in her early "20's" so she still has a chance to get it together, but she has told me that she loves the streets too much to stop.
