I have always had a 5 year discount on my seeking profiles. My SIL recently bragged she used a website that tells you the age you appear and came out quite a bit younger. I think a lot of people routinely cut 5 years off age in social media. For some, who are at favorable ages (I. E. , my 27 YO ex-SB), they go with the facts.
