You are entitled to your perspective.
I'm going to go ahead and call it like I see it: something is not right here. We've got a whole horde of people all of a sudden on this board with no credibility backing each other up when one of us more senior folks call them out. This is such an obvious tactic its not even funny. Anyone to give these morons information is a bigger idiot than they think we are. I'm sorry, until they could provide some credible information there just fuck heads just like anyone else that we don't know.
And for the folks I'm referring to. You're either cops or Millennials and I don't like either. You start posting some good solid credible information and I will consider changing my opinion but until then you've been branded.
Just like everything else on here. But, I see nothing wrong with conflicting perspective. Just because a few guys don't agree with the "seniors" doesn't mean they're wrong. Or fuckheads. They just disagree. It's all good. To each his own. YMMV.
If prohibition should have taught us anything
I believe he is referring to the Justice for Victims of Human Trafficking Act.
It just recently passed Senate. There was some language tacked on regarding increasing restrictions on abortions, but eventually it did finally pass.
On a more personal note, I am all for privacy and freedom. Truth, Justice and the American Way, if you will. But I have watched enough documentaries on the sex industry and human trafficking and the like to realize in America the women are often victimized not only by the human traffickers (such as pimps) but also by the police and legal system, not to mention society in general, when they get arrested. I think we can all agree more pressure needs to be put on the pimps and less on the providers. There's no easy solution, and certainly not any law that will make everyone happy. But pimps make escorts live's miserable and the john's who are unfortunate enough to have a bad run in miserable as well.
As always, treat the ladies with respect and look out for your own safety.
It should have been that one sure way to make anything profitable just make it illegal and that you can't legislate morality. If it were legal the pimps would be out of a job and it could be somewhat regulated.
