I have been to PAS 4 or 5 times now, and have had good sessions there. I was originally told it was flat fee, and a HE was included. This was my second trip to BoA since they relocated upstairs. Masseuse was Korean and in her late 40's, either barely spoke any English or was quite good at faking it.
