I was born here, I was raised here and with the exceptions of a few couple of months long trips to other places, I've lived here for all of my almost 40 years.
I've lived on the East side for going on 10, I've been in the hobby for about the same length of time and I spent over 3 years working as the asst. Manager at an East side store that shall remain nameless.
One of the things I've learned through all of that is, sad though it may be, KPD doesn't much care about these girls.
Some of the cops on the street do but at command level it's all about politics, bureaucracy, getting on the evening news and at the moment, licking Rogero's ass.
One small example, what is now going on 10 years ago, I went in to open the store on New Year's Day and before long I heard a rumor about some guy threw a girl out of a car on Cherry Street and then turned back around, ran over her and killed her.
The rumor circulated for days but after a while, I didn't give much credence to it on the theory that if that were true, it would have been in the news and the police would have been around to investigate.
A week or so later, a guy came in the store one afternoon, crew cut, jacket and tie.
I made him for a cop even before he flashed a badge and told me he was investigator so and so with KPD.
It turned out the rumor that had been going around was true and he was coming around to see if I'd seen anything and if we had any cameras outside that might have caught something.
I'd long been gone by the time of night this happened, we didn't have any cameras outside and even if we did the tapes would have long been recorded over by the time KPD got around to investigating.
Just to illustrate how important this investigation was to KPD, he told me at least three times in a sub-five minute conversation that she was a "working girl."
I'm willing to bet if that had say been the mayor's daughter, it wouldn't have taken then over a week to send someone out to investigate.
I'm fairly certain I've told this story here in the past but it is both Gospel truth and a good illustration about just how much the powers that be truly care about these girls.

I got a chance to visit Tsuki a few days ago, but I've been waiting to write the review because I wanted to think about the experience a little more.
So. First the good. Tsuki was a very pleasant lady and kept a smile on her face. She had a good attitude and her location was discreet.
Now the bad. While she does have a smoking hot body to look at. Everything is rock hard. She enhanced up top. So again really nice to look at but not so nice to feel on. I'm still debating on her face too. While I am normally attracted to Asian women. She is more Hawaiian / Polynesian in looks. She also had a bit of an acne problem.
