I don't think the admins need to vet all senior members. I merely asked what the criteria was. I do however think some members should be flagged and possibly restricted a senior member status if you have 170+ post of garbage by the time you reach the 6 month wait period. The admins do a very good job at restricting personal real name information or blocking argumentative post (even you have a censored argumentative post) for example so I don't think it's a stretch for them to also keep the site free of worthless post especially when so much weight is placed on senior status. Most members use the senior status to limit who they communicate or share information with. Next, I don't expect anyone to do the work for me. It was through my work that I even discovered P.S.'s ridiculous history of garbage post and lies. What's up with the sudden onslaught of one post wonders asking rookie questions but seem to know about the places and girls names already? There have been like 8 or 10 in just the last day or so. Other times it truly is new people that have read the board for eons without participating or are acting the part to try to fit in quickly. Currently, one immediately comes to mind, just my opinion and my point of view.
However, it is that time of year again when seeds need to be planted to nurture future (February 2022) Senior Status accounts. 25 posts + 6 months.
It happens a few times a year, always in waves and, as usual, it won't take too long to figure out who's behind many of the new accounts. Normally when you see a newbie that knows all the names and places, speaks of experience, seamlessly fits into "certain" conversations, comes to the aid of a quickly losing-favor / struggling lass, props up a member that has started to lose credibility for things like over promoting or White Knighting the same girl over and over, posting a LOT of posts with seemingly the knowledge of a scholar but actually posts no real reviews, likes to stir the pot with some mongers or maybe does nothing but speak negative of the providers that won't touch them with a 10 foot pole. That's most likely them. Usually when casual members start to figure out the obvious patterns, they need to move to new ground. We've all heard the stories about law enforcement setting up a sting operation, the suspect doing something maybe close to engaging in prostitution but not quite, and getting arrested anyway. While not a great example, a recent one is the sting that led to the arrest of Robert Kraft. Law enforcement busted a bunch of people and, last I checked, the State had lost several legal battles and was dropping, or already had dropped, all charges.
Unfortunately, it isn't uncommon for law enforcement to arrest people only to have the State drop charges. In defense of law enforcement, they only need probable cause to make an arrest while the prosecuting attorney needs to have a good faith belief that he can prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt, that's a MUCH higher burden than the cop on the street has! While I can't help but think that it's relatively common for cops to make arrests where they know the State will drop the charges, the fact is that they know they can do that with little to no blow back. Even if the State drops the charges, the suspect is still arrested, processed through the jail, has his mug shot put online, posts a bond and maybe even hires an attorney. Those things can't be un-done!
As to the basic idea of using the video as a defense, that's no so different from the provider putting in her ad the all too common line of "anything that happens between two consenting adults is between those two adults" or whatever such language they may use. Or the one I find really amusing, "no law enforcement". Do the providers actually think that works? Oh well, I digress. My point is that all of these things just create arguments for the defense, they will not prevent a cop from making an arrest. Yes, the State may drop the charges, but you're still dealing with all the things I mentioned above. Plus, and I'm guessing most of us have heard these stories too, sometimes the State won't drop the charges but, instead, they'll offer a reduced charge, something that does not include the word "prostitution", that can be tough for a defendant to pass on. Let's see, I can enter a plea to a charge of disorderly conduct and be done with this OR I can go to trial, have the possibility of my arrest for prostitution be all over the local news and maybe, just maybe, get convicted and go to jail? Yeah, I'll take the disorderly conduct!
You know the old expression of prostitution being the oldest profession in the world? Well, for just as long, those engaged in acts of prostitution have sought ways around the law. Also for just as long, cops make arrests, people go to jail, the State does what it does and the cycle continues. While I doubt this will happen in my lifetime, I'll add my 2 cents to Vino's earlier 2 cents, just make it legal for a person to engage in sex acts for money. In my opinion, this is the only crime based solely on morals, it just doesn't make a lot of sense to prosecute this particular "crime". Oh, and Grain, smart move putting this over in the Rat Trap where it belongs!

This is a very odd thought I encountered. What do you think of the moral story behind Prometheus bringing fire to mankind. Should the knowledge be taught / spread amongst men. A buddy mine sought after some truths. Spent endless nights of research and problem solving. . short story is he / she helped this couple with the popular fish quote in mind (give a man a fish he eats for a day, teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime). I know that some new members read from afar for a long period of time before they finally join up so may have some intel in storage. Always raises an eyebrow when a whole wave of newbies joins the party that seem to already know everyone though.
Plus there are several screen names that have been in hibernation for long lengths of time surfacing in smaller waves. One of them fresh out of hibernation has their last posts dating back 2 years ago, then another 2 year gap before that. With that, there's an 11 year gap spanning their "most recent" 25 posts.
