Usually it is Juju who answers the phone. Many time my massage gets interrupted because of a call.
By the way Juju does not work on Sat. Or Sun. Yes Coco's English is limited but she can usually tell you what is going on.

Most times the person who answers the phone seems to be away from the MP. I've heard kids playing in the background.
