MM is a fixed 200 for 45 minutes. NDS does the same and also has an hour option for 240. If you want a 4-hand, then go to NDS. The upcharge is 100 and you'll definitely get the most bang for your buck, so to speak. Specifically, Monica is back in town and her in a 4-hand is an amazing experience.
