Looks like I'll be spending a night in Baltimore this weekend. I'll be staying near BWI will do my usual cruise around the WW and C / CB, but if anyone has a number they'd like to share that would be appreciated.
I'd offer info from this area, but there really isn't any. It is so bad, I hardly ever cruise the possible areas anymore. .
Cops here take 7 months to find a killer they know by name and seven minutes to nail a working girl they don't.

Are you sure about that? I'm not talking about giving her mouth to mouth or coming in contact with blood and putting yourself at risk - in both cases you do have no obligation, morally or legally, to do that. But if you see someone is life threatening distress you have a legal obligation, if you have the ability, e.g., you have a cell phone, to summon help. This is well established in international law, for example there is a case now where on a luxury cruise ship some people notified the captain that they saw a small boat with a guy waving a white flag and the captain ignored. There is also a famous case where a guy saw a railroad bridge washed out and he just sat there waiting for the train to come. His defense, that was rejected by the court, is that he had nothing to do with the bridge being washed out. He was criminally prosecuted. Another related example is if you know you are infected with HIV and do not tell you sex partner (paid or otherwise or customer or provider) you can be prosecuted

The point of this is that if you are going to get involved with people like this is to be aware of the risks and take precautions so you don’t get put in the situation in the 1st place. If someone dies and you are seen leaving the area you will havetroubles that could ruin your life much greater that the risk you take for calling help.
A realtrue story: I frequent a fine young lady of the street (back home in NY) who was sharing a motel room with a partner. Both were well known Sw’s by the local LE who constantly harassed her. The partner OD’d and stopped breathing. The girl called 911 and continued giving CPR until the cops came. No questions were asked when they took the partner to the hospital and the cops kept an eye on her and even when they saw her get into a car with a trick, just harassed the trick and told her to just get lost.

On the question of whether you have an obligation to help someone, my understanding is that the general rule in Maryland is that you have no legal obligation to help. If an olympic swimmer sees a stranger drowning in Maryland, the olympian can just stand there and watch the person drown, even if there is no question that the olympian could have saved the drowning person. Of course that is probably not morally correct, and if I had a SW overdose with me, there is not much that I could do since I am not a doctor, but I would personally probably take some action, even if it was just to call 911 on a disposable cell.
I was also browsing some older posts and saw some discussion about whether LE will ever get in the car. I have been in this hobby since the mid-1990's and I have always been told that decoy female LE will not get in the car and I have never heard of decoy female LE ever getting in a car in this area. I remember a long time ago seeing a few episodes of the COPS tv show where the decoy female would get in the car and then the car would then be swarmed by several officers before going too far. That was not Maryland though.
I forgot to mention that I saw Heather out in B / CB about 1-2 weeks ago. I was thinking about picking her up (been with her before and not the greatest experiences but she is young and decent looking) but another monger beat me to her by the time I circled back around the block.

I have had two SWs tell me after the fact (after many encounters) that they suffered from seizures. Probably prescription induced. I often wondered what to do if I was checked in at Tim's or the Rosedale and this were to happen. Regardless of whether or not there would be legal rammifications, how could one live with themselves if they let another human being possibly die? You would have to go through life knowing you let another human being die and that that person will never be able to say goodbye to loved ones. I am far from a hippy but I believe everyone deserves to be treated fairly. Regardless of their life situations, people need to help people if they can. For heavens sake, I hope you would at least call 911.

2. You have an obligation to provide the information you know to assist paramedics provide treatment.
3. If you start CPR, your involvement is now exponentially greater.
4. If foul play is suspected, you are now involved!
With all that said, for all they care, she died of an overdose, which is self inflicted. Sad!
As for decoys, I remember watching a video of an informant being shot on the spot when the host discovered that he was wired. Second worst option is when the decoy is taken hostage. No one wants to see this happen.

I've been pretty exclusive these last several weeks with only redheads. Between my ATF, quiet gem, and 2 others, I haven't had much time to get out. But when you get a hankering, one tends to look for new. I decided to check out the loops and try my luck.

In the past few months, it has somehow become common practice to talk about forum members to SWs. The Vegas rule that we have so coveted over the past few years has been broken time and time again by these gossipy snitches. I truly lack understanding here. How does that conversation even get started in the first place? Are there actually mongers out there getting BJs from a girl and mid suckstroke they say,"Hey baby *pause* ooooh girl that's nice *deep breath* there's this guy on a forum on the intraweb *whimper* who bothers me. Do you have *twitching frantically* cup my balls, pinch them, squeeze them tight *sucks his teeth* his social security number? I want to stalk his mom *sploot*"
Make no mistake about this, without the senior [and newer] folks who have so generously shared detailed intel over the years, we would know far less about everything than we do. This fact is indisputable.
If you go out of your way to bad mouth a member to a provider to make yourself look good, if posts on a forum so incense you that you go to the loops to gather intel about men you don't know, if you must gossip with a SW about a member because you don't agree with him, well then, no amount of professional therapy can address your emotional and mental shortcomings. I pity you. But not all that much.

I knew immediately whose it was and scooped it up before it was noticed. The ring is back where it belongs but it was a close call.

I am occasionally in BWI area on business. Home town NY.
I decided to frequent Brooklyn area specifically Patapsco and side streets around 8:30 to 9pm and then looked around when I brought the girl de jour back from my hotel about 2 hours later. Here is what I found:
1. Every night you have a selection of 5 or 6 WSW or 2or 3 BSW that area very acceptable in age (mid 20s to mid 30s) , looks and figure. I am a small tit guy so if you are looking for big tits you will have to pick from the 3-4 fatties I saw all of which were BSW.
2. When I saw an acceptable target, usually on the side streets and walking alone, I would give her a smile as I drove by and if she looked back I would pull to the next parking spot (if on Patapsco, next side street or in the 7-11 or gas station.) I did this also after I dropped my girl off with no intention of picking anyone up as I was totally spent. I just wanted to see how many hookers were out there. And there were a lot.
3. Easily 50% of the targets would walk over to the passenger door and ask if they could get in. I assume the ones that didn't either were not SWs or had already made their money for the night.
4. Only once did I do the BBBJCIM in the car. I decided that is not acceptable as being to rushed and risky.
5. All the other nights when I made my selection I would ask the girl if she was willing to come back to my hotel. Only once did the girl ask how much. That was the only BSW I had, very attractive but a total flake. Her name was prayer. Avoid.
I got #'s for all of them. Except the flake (she offered when I dropped her off but I said no thanks. Which really pissed her off.). The one tonight was outstanding, spending about 1 1/2 hours in my room, Everything goes except greek. She never mentioned money as was very happy when I gave her 60. On the way to the hotel I asked her if she wanted something to eat or drink which really made her smile when she said she really would like one of the Slurpee things (I forget the name) with chocolate on the top. She enjoyed being treated like a human being and I think I got paid back 10X for my effort.
6. All of the ones I hired had kids at home and their mother was watching them while they "went out to work" I don't think any of them were druggies. Just trying to make ends meet. While driving to the hotel (about 15-20 minutes) asked about their kids, ages, how hard it must be for single mother to raise them etc. You could just see them start to relax the more I let them talk about themselves.
7. If you can't get laid or blown on any night within 20 mnutes of arriving in the area you either don't know what you are doing or send out negative vibes, IMHO.
So I tried my luck to get in touch with kiara but she never got back to me. I then moved to one of my atf Lisa. Tried for two hours to get in touch with her. She apparently lost her phone. So she text me today and said. I settled for the fairhaven heather. Picked her up and headed to a parking lot out in the county. I am a firm believer that if your out in the open. And keeping a keen eye on your area around you. Your less likely for uncle Leo to come around knocking. But if your behind a building etc. They always show up. Like with kady. Earlier post. Anyway got a great CBJ. Standard tuition plus tip. Dropped her back off. Will post pics later.

Drugs were her way out of that nightmare. Cat had a petite friend also named Cathy or Kathy. They dated together. They went by big Cathy and little Kathy, so people would know which one you were talking about. I had a menage with the two Cathys at a no-tell. It was easily the best three way I ever had.
My favorite was Melanie. She was about 18 when I met her on Carey Street after a poker game. She had a baby face, was thin, and was easily the prettiest girl on the circuit. Melanie was always friendly and anxious to please. I could have fallen in love with Melanie. Her upbeat demeanor always made me feel special. What a sweet girl. I heard this story from two of her friends. Melanie OD'ed during that time when dealers were selling H mixed with rat poison and Scopolamine. She passed out. Her friends drove her to Franklin Square at midnight, and left her outside the emergency entrance. They assumed she'd quickly be discovered. She wasn't. It was January. She spent the entire night outside in the freezing cold, and went into a coma. 5 weeks later she died at the hospital. She and I once talked about hooking up and moving out of Baltimore. In hindsight, I wish we had done it. If I could go back in time, I would take her away from this life in a heartbeat. She deserved better.
Those were the Golden Days of mongering. Then you'd see 20-30 girls hanging out the doors of their rooms at the Wagon Wheel or other hotels along Pulaski Hwy. Wow, what a time to be a monger. Well, that's enough of my walk down memory lane. These girls lead very hard lives. The least we can do is treat them with some kindness and respect when we interact with them.

There was a motel next to where the Wagon Wheel is located that was torn down at some point. I know that it has been mentioned on here before but I cannot recall the name. She lived in many different locations during the time I knew her, but I don't believe she had a sister. I met her when she was 18 or 19 and living with her mother near Frederick and Caton. We might be talking about 2 different girls. Vickie died about 6 or 7 years ago, but she had been sick for a few years and hadn't been in the game for some time.
