The thing is that even civilians need loving too. I have approached civis that I've seen out that seem to be interested. Most haven't responded to my subtle hints to my intent. Others sometimes politely flirt back but I can't close the deal. There have been several hand-fulls of times that actually HAVE had success. Especially at Walmart, Fast-Feeders and at Convenience Stores. There's been many times (out of hundreds and hundreds of attempts over the years) that a civi responded to a suggestion to hook up.
