A quick Google Image search led to ads in Michigan, a bunch of them in PA, and I stopped after that. The different phone numbers, names and ages indicate something not right. Add to that the simultaneous postings in Chatt and Nash, and it all suggests anything but a real provider looking to take a load off of you.
