Well, I know there has been quite a bit of hype regarding this provider. Don't mean to step on toes but this forum is used to discuss our experiences. Let me 1st say that Kaci is a cutie. And I answered a few questions in PM. However, when people ask questions in either in PM or open forum that they could get answers to by just reading the posts it's just annoying. If you read through the forum you will see time and again where someone new will pop in and start asking questions about providers that have already been reported on.
