Once they get your cash deposit / membership (or their kickbacks from the 3rd party sites) for simply BS'ing on-line, what motivation do the really have to actually put themselves out for the additional cash that was discussed (particularly if it was a bargain rate for a TGTBT girl). I have yet to have any younger provider suggest communicating that way.

I don't know what they're still using in the US military, but for international calling WhatsApp has taken over in most countries other than the US.
