And the Philly price of $. 6 is quite a good deal for what is usually experienced in these places. Similar menu of activities at establishments in other parts of the Commonwealth (if you can even find places with equivalent menus) will run you more money (and usually with more limited options).

When I used to visit ADH, house fee was. 6 and tip was $. Is that the $. 6 you mean, or is that exclusive of house fee?

You don't walk into a public area without being directed. When you both arrive at the door at the same time, there is not much you can do about it.
There was a rarity where I did chat with a monger in a waiting area at an AMP. Generally, it doesn't happen.
