The older women (where "older" means mid 20's and up) have usually acquired larger needs and expenses than the younger 18-21 year olds. They have children, school loans, credit card debt, apartments to pay for, whatever.

PussyPumper makes good points, but I think there are a couple of other dimensions to it as well. The really young girls have never had very much money of their own, so a little seems like a lot to them. Perhaps more importantly, they have not yet had the experience of a man spending lots of money on them. By the they are 30, ex's have taken them on vacations, bought them really expensive gifts, etc. , in order to get, or keep getting, into their pants. So their expectations have gone up up even if their "needs" haven't. Thus, ironically, most women's estimation of the value of their pussy goes up over time, even as the value most of us place on it is going down!

Of course, this is a happy coincidence for those of us who like them young. Adding to the serendipity, there is a huge supply from girls who are in college and have pretty urgent needs for cash. In my area, if I run a search with age filter set to 18-25, I get about five items as many hits as if I set it to 26-35. (I would never pay a 35 yo, I just run the search for research purposes!

It Seattle being so small that if one guy comes in high and sets that expectation especially on a PPM basis it just seems it sets a trend. Whether real or perceived it happened.
