The board voted 6 -0 to pass the ordinance.

Stafford authorities are concerned that some of the massage parlors popping up around the county may be exploiting a loophole in the state's law against prostitution.

The Sheriff's Office thinks at least a dozen of Stafford's massage parlors offer "masturbation services," which Virginia law "strangely" does not explicitly prohibit, according to a county report. So the county wants to take matters into its own hands.

If they pass an ordinance banning it however, it would be the law until someone contests it in court. An ordinance is a local law that doesn't have to go through the state legislature. He also said If you take a woman to Dunkin' Donuts for breakfast and she's a known prostitute you can be charged with sex trafficking even if no sex is involved. What a world we live in.

I was wondering about client's preferences -- and the variety of cleaning options offered by our favorite AMPs.

All the places I patronize have some option for starting (or ending) clean -- but I've found no rhyme or reason for the selection of the business.

I think I enjoy the benefits of the TS most. Clean and playful. I've also enjoyed "reciprocating" (the MT allowed me to give her a TS after a session -- but only at one location).

I have had enjoyment from the standard shower experience (and more than one independent has joined me in that shower, which is more fun).

What surprises me is how relaxing a hot towel rub-down can be (and, since she brings to towels to the room, no awkward walking to the shower area with the not-quite large enough towel around the waist).

Curious about the brother mongers observations and preferences.

Less if it was really bad and you never intend to return. $60 if theres a headlight show and some roaming. $80 and up for more appreciation. Resis tipping for "a promise of more next time" (it drives rates up). Always be nice.

Just got back from a visit to Lovely Therapy. It was a pretty decent visit.
