You get into the whole grey area of consensual sexual activity even if it is a group thing, and shaming people. I believe there has been some ruckus about that in the Hartford area as well. But it is still fishy, because 10+ guys at 100 a pop obviously does more than pay for a hotel room.
There is a couple that runs a similar operation, group get togethers where it is like 2 or 3 fat chicks and they charge you entry fee. They try to present it as a swingers thing, but it is basically just mass prostitution and a ripoff.
