It's between 40rd and Roosey on CP. You can enter off Roosey (brings you to 2nd level) or off 40th RD (go to almost the end, it brings you to 1st level). Rates are $3 for 1st 3 hrs. It's literally 2 blocks away from the Main St action.
Plenty of parking safe and secure.
Since it's an inside garage you and your car are free from weather. I usually walk thru the shopping area (there are clean bathrooms and I sometimes buy condoms at Target — you can self-serve checkout and I dispose of the box in trash right outside the store and put them in my pocket.).
Front exit of the shopping area brings you to CP, walk 200 ft left (N) and you are at Roosey, 200 ft rt (S) and you are at Bland Apts (Bland bisects 40th rd — just walk thru and it brings you to 40th rd and prince) Or you can exit from either car entrance / exit and walk 1/2 block to CP.

At the higher rate places the girls keep more dough per session but they are expected to cater to the customer accordingly. At a fast house with lower rates they can't be expected to put in as much work. I think economics pretty much sorts it out.

The ones that look TGTBT are more than likely TGTBT.
I've visited Pretty Asian NYC and I can confirm that they're not accurate and if they were a few years old and heavily photoshopped.
I'm a bit biased against fast houses and I agree with others about you get what you pay for. I think paying for a better quality experience just makes the enjoyment a lot better and you can really get into it. People complain about fast houses nickeling and diming, demanding tip, etc and it gets people out of the mood, etc. I mean, if you're wanting more, you got to shell out a bit more. Another issue is the rotation, it's hard to build up any kind of familiarity with any of these girls since they'll be gone soon enough.
Places like PBS, PA and A+ are more expensive, but the girls and overall experience while there is a lot better. I visited PA and when Chloe left and started at A+, the reason I kept with her isn't because it was cheap, but the experience was a lot better than any fast house and we had a strong familiarity with each other. I visit PA and PBS still, but I go to A+ way more often just because it's a good mix of everything.
There's a massage place in my hood that I found recently. I'm thinking its a possibility since they got all their windows tainted completely black but ik they open bc I've seen a guy walk out of there. I'm not tryna get ripped off and end up getting a normal massage though LOL. I'm not sure how to ask since I've never gone to a parlor. If I go in do I straight up ask? Or ask during massage. What-re odds they'll freak out on me if they a legit massage place LOL.
