Above is the wsbtv clip that show a detailed story of what the incident and show cameras and all. I have a technical question. Might seem naive, but I rather help clear the mystery for myself and for other forum members. Should a situation similar to the scenario I illustrate occur, it would be best to remain in our rights as to how actual law could or would apply. The season for picking up a girl who needs money bad is practically over, but let's just say you pick up a girl who is a SW in an area the girl is a known SW, LE never see's you the pick up. However by chance you end up getting into situation where you are either seen with a SW either in your car or even leaving your car. Could LE just drop charges on you for being with a SW? If so what kind, how would actual law apply be implicated. The outcome could be based on technicalities, but I would prefer if someone who actually knows could tell us. I really feel a need to demystify the darkness on this and several other issues outstanding. To LE what's up may seem clear, but what if you really were not doing anything and the girl who a person got saw with was also a friend of yours. The law can get very technical on these matters, speculation aside what could they charge you with, anything. It's unsafe to assume LE has to see you pick up a girl to file charges and make arrests.

Your car is semi private property if you are obeying all laws. At least that is what I have learned. If either of you have outstanding warrants and are wanted for a crime then they have every right to question either of you.

The question has to do with how undercover are able to entrap SW and escorts (in a matter of moments) based on specific words between the two. Now this may also seem naive, but I'm sure many here seen SW and escorts try their damnedest to draw a fine line between what money is for and how the time spent. The girls seem to get a bit technical with the wording. For example money is nothing but a donation, and the actual agreement is for time spent between two consenting adults for some sort of unspoken companionship. Does any of this ever actually help them. The law is quite technical, so I can see why girls would try to use a twist on words, but to what avail. If it does help, why are there more girls who use it, and if it doesn't help at all what if anything could help a SW from getting arrested for those types of activities. 90% of the girls I knew ended up in jail, but would there have been a much smaller margin for error if the girls had a set of rules to follow like the 22 rules established on this site. If there girls were to have guideline to assist them, what should be included. Sometimes I try to give these girls advice, but I'm really not sure what else to say besides be careful or trust no-one. You can typically find girls on these mugshot boards with escorting without a license listed as one of or being one of many charges they face.

It's active alright. First time I went there last week, there was a tall AA girl was walking and available, but was not able to pick. Today, I picked up a latin girl, and had good time. Got digit too.

They can't nail you for that but will always look for technicalities. Since they couldn't get me on a prostitution-related charge, I got a ticket for having a license plate light out and another because I forgot to ensure the SW had her seatbelt on.

As others have stated, always ensure your vehicle is working properly, obey all traffic rules and grow eyes in the back of your head.

Be very careful if you're hunting on the Southside. I just encountered two road blocks on Flat Shoals and Joneboro Hwy 138. The boys were out in full force with assistance from other counties as well. I would go as far as saying DO NOT take any chances this Haloween weekend.

Was coming back into town tonight and decided to give FIB and the bluff a drive-through. Wasn't planning to partake (money already earmarked for Follies) , just figured I'd get a lay of the land and see how the cold is affecting things. FIB was pretty quiet, didn't see any talent out, although I didn't drive down the side streets, just down FIB and back. From there, I headed over to JEL and headed on up to the bluff. Saw a few potential BSW's out, some with pretty nice bodies, mostly on JEL north of Boone and some on side streets, but Uncle Leo was sitting at the corner of JEL and Holloway, as well as JEL and Boone when I came back through there. Wasn't planning on staying anyways, so I took that as my cue to move on.

Saw a report on ch. 2 that the founder of the guardian angels is starting a group in Atl. They are watching over Mitchel st. And 5 points. They hope to cut down on drug dealing and prostitution. So along with having to watch out for leo we have to be on the alert for the angels.
