Good point. Here's a way for Pine Tree customers to minimize the time that they can be observed from McDonald's going to or leaving Pine Tree. On the makai side of the 835 Keeaumoku Street building that contains Pine Tree on the mauka side, there's a parking lot. Makai of that parking lot, there's another parking lot, between Fairwood Drive-In and Samstco Discount Store. If a customer goes toward the rear of that parking lot, on the mauka side he will notice a pathway that runs mauka all the way to the corner of the garage-type area that leads to Pine Tree. Although following that pathway from the second parking lot will not completely eliminate the chance of being observed from McDonald's, it does decrease the amount of time that a customer can be observed from McDonald's, compared to going directly to Pine Tree from Keeaumoku Street. It also increases the distance from which an identification of the customer would have to be made. The same applies when exiting Pine Tree -- a customer can make a left turn at the corner of the garage-type structure and follow the pathway to the second parking lot, rather than going straight toward McDonald's.

I posted a few reports about this place last year I think. I've tried recently and they only had older providers that looked to be in their 50's+. They were not fugly but not my cup of tea. A while back my first experience there was with a young, petite busty(D's) viet girl with curly hair that was majorly overdone with hair spray(it was solid). Service was only average and no TS and I think she didn't give a massage either. I never noticed any guy answering or being in the place but maybe they are one of the places that got hit recently.
I do like the discreet entrance so IMHO, it doesn't hurt to check it out now and then.
