Massage Parlor Reports

Hello Everyone,

I don't mean to throw any bad mojo, or look a gift horse in the mouth, but does anyone have any insight as to why the Chicago Spa scene has taken off? It was about 5 years ago when the closest spa was in Lombard. Did the Mayor get the Asian itch in Beijing? It is hard for me to visit any of the other spas, since Mercy is less than a block from my Loop office, but I think I will try and take the Red Line to Clark and see what I can get for $50/hour massage as a lunch time treat tomorrow.

I mean $70 door fee (essentially for a 30 minute massage) and another $40 for her to use her hands to make you happy? That's a whole lotta money for a half hours worth of VERY limited fun. It's kinda like when I bid projects to GC's I can tell you it's ALOT more expensive to build or do anything in Chi-town than in Houston, Dallas, St. Louis, etc.

If $50 would get you a rub and tug at an AMP, the local gov. would be shutting all of 'em down for being too cost effective and efficient. It would make our elected officials look bad.

Here's an odd ad. First of all, it was under household services, which is to say, it was pretty misplaced. Second, advertising "FS available" seems more direct than it should be. The same ad runs in the therapeutic section, but without mention of "nude" or "FS". I did a couple of searches here, found no mentions. Any thoughts?

And after a better search I found the info I was looking for, thanks as always to my fellow mongers. Still, the extra-explicit ad under household services seems strange. It makes me think it might be someone messing with her, copying her ad and adding to it for some malicious reason.

No... but you never had to drive out to Lombard.

There are more spas because demand has increased. Nothing more, nothing less.

Its either that or Dicky Daley is gearing up for the Olympics meaning he probably knows that Chicago's AMP market was starting to strain with old hags and hes breeding new AMPs to compete against each other to bring in younger talent for the expecting international segment. In that respect it is working as were are now getting quality girls at some of these AMPs compared to 5 years ago selection of quality girls were limited and scare. So its not a total loss albeit a higher price tag but we still have the power of negotiating so we still can drive the price down especially in this economy. All in all its up to us to set the stage on how these AMPs operate. If we tolerate high prices and shit service its our fault not the AMPs. We should demand better service and fair pricing after all we are the consumer.

I have noticed that many AMP girls have an American name with a "Lee" in it.

Examples:
Lee = LEE
Lisa = LEE-sa
Emily = Emi-LEE
Lilly = Lil-LEE
Etc.

The traditional Chinese (FOB) have three names each: a family (secret) Chinese name only used by immediate family/associates; a public Chinese name; an American (English) name.

And for some, add to this a fourth name used while working in an AMP.

The dude has single handedly pretty much killed the SWing industry in chicago. As corrupt as daily is the guy has a real hard on for stopping down street crimes, prostitution, and the homeless (in some areas).

I think his time frame is too short. Go back 10 years, and I can remember postings here asking "How come there are no spas in Chinatown?" Before Mercy, before Alice, etc, Chinatown was a ghost town for spas.

But I agree, there have always been spas somewhere in Chicago, even 10 years ago. Not very many, and not very conveniently located. Remember Gunnison spa, or the place near Division and Milwaukee?

Not sure what changed in Chinatown in the last 10 years, to make it more "spa friendly"...

Has anyone seen Therapeutic Massage by Mary, about 5'6", 40's, thin, red hair. I think she may be legit.

My gut feeling is that this was put up by someone trying to give Mary trouble. She has had trouble in the past with people. She has stated in previous ads that "therapist does not join you in the hot tub." In addition, while she has given some HJs, she usually encourages self-service after some teasing. I would be surprised if she gets nude and even more surprised if she offers full service.

Been a while since I posted. Stopped at Xindy because there was no where else nearby where I could park while the Sox were playing--and because there were two cars of Chicago's finest taking someone down with a felony stop about a block from Alice in greektown. Guy in handcuffs sitting on the sidewalk does something to your libido.

Any case, Xindy was blocks away and free and clear of any distraction. I haven't like Xindy in the past, but I gave it another shot. Great massage for.60 door fee. Serious weight on the extras. I was with a tall athletic seeming bleached 30 something (didn't catch her name) and we "settled" on.80. Lots of teasing so the little head was doing my thinking. That said, the HE was very happy. Even though the price was high, I will repeat. It was truly excellent.

Despite all of you that didn't believe in me, I found relative success at a merciful massage place on Michigan Ave, north of the river. It advertised young pretty Chinese girls, and that's what I got. Although she didn't have the best face, she had a nice body and was very friendly. Not much English; she said she's been in the states for only two months.

Good massage, and when it was over I asked if there was "more", which eventually went towards a HR. As it was my first, I have no way of comparing it, really, except to say that she seemed to have good technique, but not much passion.
