A Seminole County teacher whose name turned up on a client list at an East Orange County brothel has resigned to avoid being fired. Christopher Dalland. 35, a chemistry teacher at Lake Brantley High School, was up for suspension without pay Tuesday by the School Board, but quit his job instead.

He had been removed from the classroom when the allegations surfaced last month, and personnel director Ron Pinnell said Dalland was on track to be fired for conduct unbecoming a school district employee, misconduct in office, immorality and insubordination. Dalland's name turned up in a police investigation that also led to the resignation of former Maitland Vice Mayor Phil Bonus and caused former state Rep. Mike Horner to drop his re-election bid.

It appears to me that this guy was pressured into quitting his job without "Due process" convicted in the "Court of public opinion" of the above "Allegations". What a country this has turned into, a man loses his job & career for "Allegedly" having consensual sex. I could absolutely understand this if he was playing with his students. However he was not. When is this country going to grow up? Answer; not until every church is closed for lying and manipulating peoples minds into believing every thought and action regarding sex is unnatural.. Even your sexual fantasy's that you never act upon are a "SIN" and you are going to burn in hell for doing something as NATURAL as the "SUN" coming up and your 'DICK" going down when you are done-VS

It's amazing how certain people feel so obligated to dictate what others do. It's also so very cruel to deny something to people that others may take for granted, like the touch of a woman. Think about if a man was deformed, severely handicapped or just plain really ugly and can't get a woman any other way. Not allowing the hobby for these individuals just compounds their difficulties in life.

At least there's other countries (and states in the US) that understand people's basic need for sex and for companionship. They have legalized it or look the other way. That offers some encouragement for humankind.

They keep records, the police find this info when they go down, and you go down with them. In this guy's case the police can't prove anything, but have still ruined his life.
