Woman linked to Elkton-area spa charged with sex trafficking
ELKTON. A woman linked to an Elkton-area spa is facing sex trafficking and prostitution charges after a two-month-long Maryland State Police investigation that involved, in part, interviews with clients, surveillance operations and a raid in which detectives found a naked male customer in a "massage room" with a "scantily clad" female employee, according to Cecil County District Court records.
Zhong is facing eight misdemeanor charges, specifically five sex trafficking counts and three counts of prostitution, court records show. Scheduled for a Friday bail review hearing, Zhong remained in the Cecil County Detention Center on Thursday, according to court records, which indicate that she is scheduled for trial on March 5.
MSP Tfc. John Wildman, a detective with the agency's Special Investigation Section, started his investigation into Spa Aromatherapy at 1657 Elkton Rd. (Route 279) in early October because of suspicions that the business was "functioning as a prostitution enterprise," court records allege.
In the second week of October, SIS members started conducting "periodic physical surveillance" of Spa Aromatherapy, police reported.
continues...lost of detail on police investigation, dumb dudes who flapped their gums, etc.

Wilmington in earlier in the year a women was posting on Nextdoor about a location, and detailing the different LE departments she contacted as well a representatives. That was responded to by others naming additional locations and then looking up property owners and contacting them with complaints. All when nothing at all happened to draw or spotlight attention.
The pandemic shut things down and the issue went away. But they scrutinized business licenses, hours of operation.
People are kidding themselves if they think this site is not known or watched by LE, both in a LE capability and as mongers as well. If you read the one article I read about the investigation you can see it was pretty detailed and several customers provided detailed information. The article detailed just Some of the communication forensics. That is why positing some pictures on here can be a potential issue. I am not going into details on that, but a few mongers have removed pictures (non-public / website pictures) they have posted.
So as always it is advisable be aware of your surroundings and do your homework. "Reading is Fundamental".

Something happened with the V / A's of Newark. I was lead to believe it was COVID precautions. Which with the rise I can see. As a side note: These are not "forced" employee as many may believe.
The two PA locations and SJ location associated with them are still in operation with the regular lineup changes. Competition ratting the others out? General enforcement? It certainly appears a more targeted enforcement IMO.

LE tends to be reactive rather than proactive.

Maybe it had something to do with increased LE activity due to someone posting on these threads that they saw " a mid-twenty girl exiting car in the lot. A younger girl was in the car. " There is one hot button in particular that will set off LE and cause them to spring into action. In VA's situation it looks like this would be a two-fer. 1749
Also I don't think it helped VA's case that they hosted at the EXACT same location during every visit. Oh and that location was essentially a box canyon. One way in and one way out. That sure would make surveillance easy and even perhaps be ripe for the now infamous pole cam technique. Did they host in the same room everytime?
But many do not "get it" when it comes to the term "trafficking. " Force may or may not be an element. What seems to be key is that the girl is NOT independent, in other words she has a "handler," boyfriend or even GF, just someone who is profiting from the massage activities that she is providing. But who really knows the back story of some girls who are "imported" from overseas as to what is their motivation or ability to act freely?
Often there are places that are popular and everyone races to them. One needs to use common sense when dating and managed, pimped, trafficked and other similar types of situations are prime targets for unwanted attention. I avoid those as becoming associated with them as a proponent can only make one a person of interest in an investigation.
'nuff said.
Have been looking for years. Is a real full service nuru massage impossible to find?
Have been looking for years. Is a real full service nuru massage impossible to find?
There have been two AMPs that advertised Nuru massages on the eastern shore over the last few years, and I took the bait both times. They get nude (in one case bikini bottom stayed on) and rub their bodies all over yours but I don't recall if FS was offered as I selected a lower menu item. Neither left a stellar impression. Also no magical nuru gel or true cameltoe service. The now closed Zen in West Ocean city and Lucky Wellness in Seaford. Both were some time ago.
And another one bites the dust! Operating without a proper license. I never went there. Wasnt a Coco fan. Just an FYI.
Paid a visit on the snowy morning to 1710.
Lisa is still there and nice as ever.
Sanitizing at the door and masked. Cleanup in the room as well. Masked during the deed. We had a long conversation and she is not comfortable with those that are unmasked and said business was slow.
Took the time to get her off, which yielded dividends in the end for me.
Did not offer, and I didn't asked for a TS. Really don't know if it is currently offered. She knew what I wanted since it has been some time.
The breasts, the breast OMG, have I missed them.
But again, a great time. The best parts, safe no drama or drugs.
The only negative if there was one, maybe not planning (or too much planning) for what I had in store for her, there was a little too much lube for my liking compounded with her additional wetness.

She said business was slow. We played for much longer, I guess partly because I took time to pleasure her first. Hell, I am already thinking about a return trip this week.
Wellness Tuina, Hockessin, DE.
I see this place is on Rub Maps.
Have any of you fine mongers been to this establishment?
