I guess this report goes here as the area is technically LA city. I was cruising on PCH around 1pm in HC near the 110. I see this spinner walking along as traffic was at a snails pace. She was actually moving faster than traffic. As I passed her i gave her eye contact and got "the smile" back. (exerienced mongers know what I mean) I pull over at the next corner and waited. She came up and asked for a ride saying some other dudes were trying to pick her up. she was obviously latina and wearinga zip up hoody and jeans. We exchanged some simple chit chat and she eventually asked "what are you up to today?" Asked me if I was LE and said prove it. I did and she did. By now I had gotten a pretty good look at her. Her stats Name: Jasmine Wt: 105 or so, Ht: 5'5" redish blonde streak shoulder length hair, cute face better if she took some time with the make up. I ended up taking her to a no tell on the west edge of LB. Lots of talking on ride there she was real friendly and seemed to want have some fun. She claimed to work at Lingerie Dreams, maybe someone can confirm or deny. She gave me a nice lap dance with lots of rub and touching both ways. I started out by giving .6 whike she grinding I asked about DATY. She said she was starting that time. I counterd with how aboout greek, she had mention earlier that she liked that. She said ok for another .4 so for $ I had a pretty fun time. Some more info she wasnot rushed, no DFK. Not True! LE decoys are often in groups. If you get any kind of vibe of a group, or a single girl for that matter, pass on by! The biggest giveaway to me on an LE decoy are the girls that are waving at cars as they pass by. If you don't know her, and she is waving at you, get the hell outta there!

I guess the one rule that I know of is that if she won't get in the car to discuss business, she isn't a real SW or is too dumb to date. I didn't use to follow this one, I didn't necessarily want a girl in my car that I wasn't sure about, but lately it seems to the the only way to transact business, given the Bratton rules of engagement, or the lack thereof.

Truth or fiction?[/QUOTE] Just the opposite, Until recently, you couldn't find an LE set-up with 1 girl in LA, Usually two girls, with 2-3 guys within 10-15 feet. LE is trying to change that, but usually 2 or more girls standing in the same spot should arouse suspicion, there were some pics posted on this a while back showing there set-up. Always assume there cops till proven otherwise, if you don't you could end up in Jail with a pretty big headache. Once you know there not cops, time to make sure there not robs, or will provide decent service, But first, make sure there not LE, Better to lose 40-80 or more, then get locked up and lose a few grand. If she won't get into your car she is either new, or provides bad service, or is a cop. 95% of the time that's the deal. You never discuss $ with someone outside your car, just not worth it, but if you pick up girls and have little or no money they can get really pissed, and that could turn out bad for you as well, always make sure you have the minimum for the area you are in, if you offer 40 in some areas it is enough to get you smacked.

It takes time to know who you can trust and who has helped you out along the way. you share certain numbers to much the girl just gets a new number. Maybe it's selfish, but it cuts down on LE or number burn.

In time you will click with 1 or more guys and be sharing Intel as well.

This area used to be plentiful in SWers years ago but they had a major crack down and they never really came back. If you head west on PCH back toward the strip club there are a few motels that you might find one pacing back and forth in front of. They are rare but usually if you do find one in this area they are quite attracitve LSW and WSW.

If you are willing to spend $ everytime getting a girl's number is not that hard. Specially if you do not care about pimps.

What sucks now a days is I took a break and most my regulars have moved on cept for a couple girls who do not believe in using phones unless they want to call you.

All the new girls now a days seem like they all want to play games of some kind or another and this is a big turn off for me.

Personally I like to find girls who will give good service for .6 and I tip .2 or .4 depending on my cash flow. Usually these are non-pros, non-pimped girls who are just trying to get by. I found a gem named Sheena a couple weeks ago, called her once but we never hooked up and now her number not working.. sigh oh well.

Probably the biggest exspense can be gas and milage on care looking for someone that floats your boat. There are good girls out there...they just hard to find.

I have been on Fig when the LE breakdown starts and you would be AMAZED at how fast they dissappear.

It takes a little longer for the action to start up but not much longer!

I have cruised from N end to S end and by the time I got back to the N end I saw 3+ SW in 3 spots and 8+ in two of the three spots!

What I am trying to say is getting your own experiences is easy, yea getting numbers is easier but imo looking for the girl is half the fun anyways.

After reading about Figueroa for past several months, I began to cruise it recently to see what all the talk was about. Yesterday, around 3 in the afternoon, spotted a group of 3 BSW's around the 50's. None stood out except for one that could have been a LSW or BSW, or mixed. I called her over. She had a tight body, short skirt, about 5 foot 6. As she approached, you could see her shaved camel toe in plain sight, all of it. I asked how much and was about to agree to .6 plus the motel when a brotha with a cool ass fro pulls up laughing. Suddenly all the girls start running. ah well maybe next time.

Not much going on from 8 to 10 PM on Figueroa!

There was that pretty good looking Latina wearing a dress showing her butt, as well as a low clivage (very tempting) walking with a short and fat black girl, but they would not respond to any of the cars trying to make contact. They turned into a street, followed by many cars, but nothing seems to have happened. The black girl, apparently a mentor, was the one addressing (in a negative way) all the requests.

Later on, there were 3 BSW (2 fairly good looking) standing at a corner; I turned into the street to be faced, shortly after by a B&W. Luckily, I had only slowed down without stopping. Another B&W showed a few seconds later and it seems the 3 were arrested.

Although it seemed risky on that Sunday evening, and not much interesting was happening, I did not feel like going home without having accomplished something.

In the Hottie Gallery, a fairly decent short BSW showed up. Nice girl, .5 CBJ, but not a great talent; not a bad experience at all though.

Hottie gallery was INSANE today. I arrived at exactly 2:30 pm. I passed florence going northbound on Figueroa and immediately saw a queue of cars in the middle of the street making a left on 67th. At least 5 girls were working that street alone. It was a mixed crew. One white, 3 black, a cute gaptoothed, big titty latina wearing a skanky red dress. That street was causing one hell of a traffic jam and the native onlookers were either amused or pissed off. I think someone called the police, because when I returned from Vernon on my southbound pass, two LAPD cars had the girls lined up on the curb.

And WTF @ 86 degree weather. What an awesome day. Some cities are fucking snowbound. Fuck the rest of the country.
