The biggest change was the increassed activity of the SWs along the block. Normally I don't get approached by these girls unless I smile and say something to them. Now, they seem to approach me in much larger numbers. I also had 2 pimps ask if I was looking for a good time, that was very unusual for me in the past. Maybe they were just scam artists pretending to be pimps. Perhaps these girls want the street job so they can smoke.

I think the overall quality of the girls inside the bars is a little better than it was a month or two ago, but I'd say there are fewer of them now.

When in the bars, the girls were more competative for. 01 tips ad for. 25 drinks. They work harder and accept lower payment. A back room dance was offered for. 6 to the house plus. 4 for her; it was tempting but I passed. Perhaps it was really just a dance that was being offered. It has been several years since I've heard anything even close to that cheap.

Best looking staff on Tuesday was Lust, best looking staff on Wednesday was Pussy Cat. About 6 bars had decent choices both days. You have to go in and out of every bar if you want to find the good looking girls.

My guess is the smoking ban will keep away a few custoers but bring in a few others. The same thing will happen for the girls. Overall I expect the block to erode a bit.

Don't be afraid to ask, this is the Block, not church...Girls that i've talked to that used to work down there said that sex is expected of the dancers, those who won't don't last long there.

I'm planning to head back next week to take a couple of my out-of-town-friends along. Anyway, the service is usually nice if you know what you want and are a bit observant. Most bars allow you to play and sample the girl, and that's why they keep 60%, so test the water and girls will usually show you how far they would go. Once, at Nuggets (if I remember it right) , one of the dancers let me suck on her nipples after which I agreed for a BBBJ $ + .2$ tip. Some ask for more tips after the job is done - so that's entire your call.

In PC club I had FS a couple of times for 2.5$ + tips. The rates are set by the club. Once I realized that they don't have proper wash rooms, I stopped getting a FS and engage only in CBJ.

I don't have any names, my intel is from 2 yrs ago. Bartender usually has good advice, a good tip when you get your drink will do the trick. Beware of anyone who won't let you sample - that's my advice.

I have found that you can sometimes get a good read on a girl's back-room performance by what she does/allows before you buy her a drink. Push the envelope a little. You may be surprised on what happens. For example, I have gotten hand action (both ways) for just the price of a drink. It depends on the girl and day. Don't go on busy evenings. They are often less fruitful.

I was able to revisit Chubbies earlier this week, and would like to file a more complete report. The bar opens at 11 AM and closes at 1 AM. I believe they are closed on Sundays. Drinks for dancers are $10 before 6 PM, and $20 after 6 PM. Lap dances are $20 for 3 songs before 6 PM, and $40 for 3 songs after 6 PM. HOWEVER, a dancer has the right to give you the $20 price all night if they desire.

The lapdances are given upstairs, even if the upstairs is not open. They only open it when the crowds are large enough. There are 2 "booths" where you can get a lapdance, but there is no door to the booth. This wasn't a problem when I was there, since nobody ever was on that floor. The dances are totally nude and your hands and tongue are free to go ANYWHERE (YMMV). No tip was requested for this service. Additional menu offered was HJ (. 4) and FS ($). No BJ's were offered by this dancer, but each dancer has own menu and prices.

I am wondering if any of my fellow hobbyists are up for a Block Barcrawl? We have done this with some of our "professionals" down in DC where they meet and greet their "fans" with great success. Lex maybe able to chime in here.

I believe Chubbies is located on Eastern Avenue about 10 blocks east of Broadway on the west side if traveling east from Baltimore City. I grew up on that block and if this is the same club, then it has has gone through many renditions. It was actually nice to hear, that it is open and doing some business.

As far as the Colonial is concerned, hookers need to go to bars to get drunk too.
