If I misread the question to be about a specific lady rather than a definition than my apologies to both you and MM. I agree that the problem is not so much the meaning of the term but the way individual providers choose to define it.
Honestly, I don't decide on a lady just because she claims to provide a GFE experience on a Craig's List ad. I usually try confirm her quality of service through TER reviews. I will occasionally roll the dice on an non-reviewed girl when I am on the road but never in Boston. CL is a joke in this city.
