Slow business and slow service at ERS
I have been reading reports about attitude problem at ERS. I used to be a frequent visitor at ERS for the last 15 yrs and used to visit CLV also regularly until few years ago when problems started at clv. From the reports clv may have been better but ERS was always good.
One year ago I saw Nicol. I have seen Nicol for as long as she has worked there and last year she was so negative that I felt the most reliable girl is not doing well how can I take chance w the new ones. Lo and behold my concerns seem correct. I have to drive 80 miles and there certainly needs to be incentive of great session to drive (spend $30 on gas alone and the hassle of driving). Anyway they seem to have problem due to their attitude and problems lead to poor attitude. They have a statement about customre in the waiting area but seems girls dont want to bother w pleasing a customer.
I hope management is reading these reports and gets girls in line otherwise downward spiral will continue.
