While the location at 5202 University has limited hours street parking is available. I go back a week later to get printed results.

Most of them don't even come close to the girls in Tijuana either, in my opinion. There are some really overpriced providers in San Diego, I think it has to do with the cost of living here.

It's possible she was a scammer, it's also possible that she was just a newbie who doesn't know the game. You have to trust your spidey sense on those sort of encounters. If it were me, I'd make sure that the situation was in a venue that was under my own control / choosing, and that she didn't have any opportunity to contact any driver / boyfriend / security between the time you showed the cash, and the time you were alone and nude with her. But under those circumstances, assuming the money was in my control until after consummation, I'd have proceded with the meeting.
