I even read that they didn't understand how undercover LEO could post fake reviews and still be legal. Nobody explained that. If they wrote a bad review, was it still promoting. What about a fake review? This stuff is why we have a first amendment and if these arrests stand and a judge does not toss these cases out, look out, this could apply to anything we say. I really hope I'm wrong, but that is what I read from the second wave of arrests.

To me, the law for promoting, etc at to be more clearly defined. A review writer should have to benefit financially in some way for it to be illegal.
