You did not ask for anything illegal and gives you time to assess there mental state. If they don't have time to get something to drink, then they don't have time to give you a descent date. Offer Mcds or dunkin which is out of the immediate area so you have time to negotiate. Yes it may cost you a cheap meal or fancy drink. I have found it puts them more at ease and willing to do what you request. If they don't have time then they don't have time to give you a decent date. Even if it don't work out, it will help you out with the other girls since they all talk about us who is naughty and who is nice.

If I see something interesting, I usually pull about a block ahead and watch. I was watching in my mirror when she walked up to a truck. The next thing I see is the black guy on the passenger side of the truck, one marked car and one unmarked car blocking the truck in.
