I recently visited there with Mia and the price structure was the same. I passed on the extras as I was doing the hour session. Mia was a little heavier than her pictures but she did do a very good massage. I would think that the price that you pay for an hour would include at least topless. Although she had clothes on she did allow hands to roam. Not sure that I would repeat as I can find cheaper.
