Candidates used to run on these but it seems faint for now with more pressing issues such as inflation etc. Now possibly another war that will effect us locally! You don't hear much about it because ganim keeps it that way. And there is a lot of development creeping up on the perimeters of this neighborhood. The bridge is being across the street replaced. Waterfront development is moving north. Just take a ride around the corner from bass pro. Most folks don't realize. Harbor access is across the street from pm. Without ganim? We will see what happens. A lot of development money has already been spent. Permits have been issued. Ground breaking equipment has already started working.

I'm thinking the Puritanistic attitude toward these establishments is weaning and the groups that protested against all the AMP's etc in the city no longer have a platform since the majority of the population just doesn't give a shit! I'm sure there will always be a small minority but they probably won't get the attention they used to since there are many more pressing issues!

They may own the property but that place got a lot of very bad publicity several years or so ago when they opened durring COVID and there was a shooting inside the club. A city Councilwoman was running it and there was a lot of bad press. Even today when her name is mentioned they always reference her involvement with the club, the shooting and whatever other possibly illicit activities that were going on inside at the time of the shooting. I think they were running it as a private club to get around the COVID restrictions and they may have also had dancers similar to PM.
