I did walk, because I was unhappy with the attitude / service I was receiving. That's why it was a negative experience. I understand this can vary from day to day, or girl to girl. That's why I've never claimed it as an indictment on the shop as a whole. However, as it was my first visit, it was a bad first impression & I saw no reason to return.

If you receive good service there, that's great, but let's not try to downplay other people's experiences or pretend like there's some personal issue on my part. I can assure you that is not the case.
