I feel comfortable supporting a business where the employees talk about their interests, what they do in their off time, where they live, where / when they are going on vacation etc. Its a big reason I prefer a business where the staff can communicate in english. It's hard to really get any idea what's going on when no one speaks (or admits to speaking) english.
