I feel comfortable supporting a business where the employees talk about their interests, what they do in their off time, where they live, where / when they are going on vacation etc. Its a big reason I prefer a business where the staff can communicate in english. It's hard to really get any idea what's going on when no one speaks (or admits to speaking) english.

There are so many different style cameras, smoke detectors, exit signs, clock that cameras can be hidden in. If you are in a business that condones or looks the other way while illegal activities occur on their premises then remember that the very last thing a business wants is video evidence of illegal activities. If you are concerned about an individual on their own filming you doing something illegal, then ya, that's not something you can "know. Fopr sure that could happen, but that fear on your part shoudln't be isolated to a spa or club, you could be hanging out at a friend's house getting high and they could be secretly recording you. anyone could be recording you at any time.

As for someone wanting to stay in the country and secretly filming? I don't think you understand how that works. What if a masseuse filmed some illegal activity she was engaging inn and brought that film to LE or immigration? What would that prove? It wouldn't prove fear or intimidation it would just prove that the masseuse broke the law and ibecause she broke the law sh would have her visa revoked and would be fast tracked for immediate deportation. But that's not even how asylum works. Fear isn't a 'get out of jail free' card for people in the US lwho break laws, it's a reason taken into consideration when deciding whether to allow someone to stay in the Us or be sent back to their own country. But the fear is when a person is afraid of going BACK to their own country, they are afraid of what will happen to them If they go back, not fear of their boss in the US. Sometimes people get asylum from being sent back to thir own country if they can convince immigration that they will persecuted/hurt/killed if they are deported but they don't get to stay in the US just because their US boss is making them do illegal things. But even if just proving you were afraid of your boss was all it took to get (which it;s not) the video wouldn;t show fear it would just shows her willing participation in a crime. If the critera for getting US asylum was being afraid of your boss (again, it isn; t) then she would probably want to show a video of a mamasan yelling at her, telling her that she HAS to provide extras or she will be fired (if that occurs), but no way she wants to show a video of her breaking the law.

Keep it for later use for her benefit. Right or wrong is maybe be being done now. As far as asylum goes there are many factors that go with it, I think we all understand that. I just broke it down earlier. Fear and the fact that she could be hurt, or that family members could suffer the same, fear of death if deported back to her own country, etc. Too many factors. I went on the 2nd day they opened and have been trying to get back each week, to no avail. I'm going to try again today, will let you know.

They are all the same with the same school, teacher, it is a fake school that they pay to get this. Onegirl I spoke to paid $5000.00 for it a few years ago. Told me she never went to school and that her mamasan got it for her. Got a photocopier?

They had to make the muscular system out of play dough and in different colors. With the language barrier, I'm sure there aren't any Korean instructors, it would be tough.

A couple of the girls I know at Admiral and NMS have licenses in NY for nails and esthetician. They went to school in Korea for massage. You can tell the ones that did from the ones that didn't.

In my opinion the Prov City Council has to appease some members about sex trafficking, which I'm very against, so like guns they go after the easiest people to get to, the Spas, and law abiding citizens their guns. While I've probably been to only 4 different spas in the past I've never saw any signs that any of these girls were there unwilling. If I thought so I'd be out of there in a flash. I only have gone to Admiral and NMS for the last two years because they are not FS. I'm happy there and hope they stay open.

That says most things government gets involved in gets screwed up.

So I have to toss my hat in the ring on this one. I do enjoy some exotic and daring BBFS adventures and saw a great opportunity to partake in what Seven has to offer. "Preserving the quality of their life" WTF! How does closing down the spas effect any ones life but the owners, workers and customers. The human trafficking is such bs. All the RI spa lady's can come and go as they want. They are independent contractors, who by the way make big money! They move from spa to spa and only stay for a few months when the $ is good. Ever notice? Why some great providers don't last long, the $ sucks and they move on. What are we to do when they close? Just wanted to vent some frustration! Thanks and be careful.

I also had a run with 7 at Harmony! Although great! Certainly not in my top 5 ATF. Like low said this forum is great.
