It is not really a noob friendly environment, so if you are reading this review and read through the forum and figure out where it is at, where the boundaries are, etc. And give it a plunge be prepared for everything that can be thrown at you. I am thinking around 10 years ago they passed a law there that made it illegal to walk on the street and maybe five years ago or so they passed one that made it illegal to more or less drive on the street. Now, they do not enforce this, but gives them PC to stop anyone at anytime for no real reason. Weekends the state boys come in and make a big show of themselves, weekdays you have city and county to deal with, in addition to the neighbors that sit out and watch you go by.

Or, figure out some way to re-enter without passing a church or a house where you noticed someone that noticed you. It had been about 5 years since I was up there. I had great success the first few times I went there. The last time I had a trooper follow me all a good 7 miles total; first north and then south to the I-65 exit at the town just to the south. All I did was slow down to ask a gal if she needed a ride. Trooper was next block over and must have seen my brake lights as I slowed. My last time there until last night. I spent about 20 minutes simply checking out the four different streets that produced success on in the past. Saw 3 definite WSW's. All looked pretty haggered but that was not the norm in the mid 2000's. I know there are some nice ones up there but am too paranoid to make the pickup with KY plates.
