I think PP may have to drag the city all the way to the State supreme court so that the city will exhaust all their funds. The only winner in this are the lawyers, whereas the city, the club, the dancers, bartend, DJ, bouncers, cook, valet, and all the vendors will all lose in this legal mess. The policitians never seem to make sense. 300 jobs and over 1 million of local taxes will be lost if it happens. It will be interesting if PP offers the citizens of Brookhaven $300 each to vote all these city council members out in the next election. It may be cheaper than paying the lawyers.
