To me that sounds like she had a boring shift so she decided to get high while she was on duty and overdosed. There have also been several septa buses crashing into building and other buses. Sounds like zombies behind the wheel to me.

That "Ideal Time" just doesn't exist here. One of the many reasons for that is for the most part we are dealing with addicts. There are always plenty of choices available no matter what time of day or night. Anyone that tells you any different either don't know where to look or simply don't know period.
