Boycott those prices by not hobbing during prime time, looks like that'll more difficult for you as a weekend monger. Chad Adler recently posted his approach on the price problem. Ask them what they'll do for 40, good plan but might not work on a Friday or Saturday.

The bring your own cover problem is probably because they don't have transportation, pimp or a drug dealer to keep her supplied.
