Hopefully ALICIA will use this time wisely to make major positive changes in her life. Unfortunately when she returns to the hood the downward spiral cycle will resume. Due to moving I've been hitting the highlandtown area more than the W/W loop lately.

Hit the W/W loop on saturday at 2 in the afternoon, poor choice of timing I know but I was in the area. Nothing.
