So I decided to drop through Philly before heading over to Camden, WTF is the Philly scene becoming, I seen (2) numnutts running down the street brandishing guns, at least (4) people shooting up, trash all over the place, a few decent looking girls, and more which were totally trash, I would have got my rocks off, but there were a even heavier presence of the boys in blue with streets block off and just sitting, maybe I'll come back when it's dark.

Most of the time they are not paying attention to anything. Sometimes the car is empty but has the lights flashing. Those are really nothing to worry about.
I've never seen anyone brandishing guns. They often have it hidden. I imagine one of the many cops would definitely stop anyone brandishing guns down there. I have seen several people with hidden guns. I've seen one guy pull out a gun in a car crash.
You only seen 4 people shooting up? I could easily find 4 people shooting up on one block. This is not a rare thing. I guess it is a philly thing like people parking in the median or on the sidewalk. In any given kensington trip, I see countless people shooting up. I often see them shooting each other up in their necks. I've been told that they go in their necks because their other veins die off. I also heard some of the dudes end up making their drug money by becoming a skilled neck injecter.
These days, it is hard to find anyone "decent. " Some have a rule that the SW needs to look normal enough to bring in to a home depot without raising any eyebrows. Yeah, it takes more time these days to find decent employees.
One thing I learned was to expand my horizons. Listcrawler / Escort Alligator is a sewer. Looks like mostly hood rats. STG is slowly degrading but with effort a few gems can be found.
What helped me was fishing in NUMEROUS fishing holes. Starting with the list of escort sites on The Porn Dude. Then while doing DD, I often run across other sites a girl advertises on. So I jot those sites down and look to fish there or at least look around.

If a chick say's she can't work with black men, whether that's from bad experiences, making sure neighbors doesn't suspects something, or they dick to big / last too long, then in that circumstance I get it. I'm sure she has not received a fair shot in life and her economic situation has let her to demand free stuff at target. For all I know they are good BSW but knowing all that I stated, I usually avoid them to avoid potential problems. If anyone else can contribute more intel on this, it would be appreciated.
It's definitely harder out there for a good BSW to make an honest living. Many complain that they are always passed up for WSW. Even black mongers pass up BSW. This is also pretty clear in the comments section, but occasionally, there are comments defending the woman coming from users with a black profile pic. You can see this in any social media clip where a black individual is acting crazy. No matter how wrong a black person is in the situation, there are always a few black comments defending the person in the wrong.
On the opposite side, there are several black content creators on social media who's sole purpose has become to highlight these crazy incidents and call out the wrong-doer.

I've been seeing this type of thing occurring more frequently on the ave. Particularly with the better looking girls who can pass for normal.
Pretty much some dudes would break into cars (or whatever) and get some bank info and I.D. cards. Then they would go to kensington to pick up a chick to impersonate the person in the I.D. card and try to withdraw large amounts of money. The dudes give the girl a small cut and everyone would be on their merry way. Typically this is done on an extended trip with multiple I.D. theft targets.
I've heard some times these events go according to plan and the girl gets a few thousand for her trouble. I've also heard some times things don't go according to plan and the dudes get violent with the girl. I imagine some girls get caught and go to jail. I also imagine sometimes things end violently for the girl.
