Paid a visit during happy hour on Wednesday. Bob at the bar, new layout and 2 girls working. One tried to get me to buy her a drink. No one dancing. Both girls on their phone or bs'ing with Bob. Disappointed but it was sure glad to be back in there after a year and a half. I have hopes to return to the days of 2 beers, a stinky finger, and a few numbers for future takeout for $20.00.

The last bjsprivateparty I went to (at least 2 years ago) also had the ladies showing up 3 hours late, but once they got there it was a good time. Hopefully this crew can find someone that's organized to run things, get these parties going more frequently, and get the talent there on time.

What made it better?[/QUOTE]They had the hottest girls, BYOB, VIP was more reasonably priced, girls were a lot more hands on (most girls did extras, some in lap dance area others in rooms). I managed to get full service from a handful of girls the past several years when they were open.

There were a few changes at the end that I think took it down a notch, the first was Darlene and the owner upped the VIP entry fee to I believe $60. The use of the room went way down when they did that. Secondly, and probably more importantly, they made a change to the tip out structure for the dancers that really seemed to kill the flow of girls working there. I'd have to look at old reviews on tuscl to remember the details. But anyway, man, I hope you do it. If I had the liquidity I'd be minority investor. That place could be golden if just run right. It's not about fancy, it's about quality, and they had that down pat. The membership fees helped keep out the thug element as well.

1) Increasing the costs while services at best remain the same is textbook wrongheaded but all too often response of management to decreasing profits. Going back to 2018-19, you saw that a lot; I doubt the place was a gold mind.
2) Many of the changes not related to pricing came from hints and threats from local government to rein in activities. Given the proximity of the block (as bad as it is), not sure the tamer version will work (didn't seem to be pre-COVID).
3) Biggest problem though is had to be financially beneficial not just for us, but for the dancers. For you old timers, there have to be benefits for the Rosie's of the world to come and work. Otherwise, you'll get mainly drug-addled 2-3's, or at best girls who do obviously hAte being there so much that even when good looking, it's not much fun (again for you old timers, too often like Wendy).
I'm not sure what the solution is; don't think you can go upscale there; maybe a tiered level of service (seen that overseas work ok).

It would be great if the VIP returned to how it was years ago, but either way this was a great laid back place. You pay your money to get in which like someone else said keeps out the riff raff, and then you can have as much or as little fun as you like. I've had some nights where I spent quite a bit and had a LOT of fun in the VIP or even the dance area, and then other times just sipped on my beers and tipped the girls and enjoyed the show. PLEASE take a chance and reopen this place, I'll do whatever I can to keep it going!

It be nice if topless lap dances was standard again in Baltimore instead of having to pay extra or go VIP.

Baltimore City still has a indoor mask mandate as of today, but I would like to know if the clubs still enforce the rule for both the dancers and the patrons.
