Remember XO on the corner of Dussel and Holland? Shutdown day 1 and then choked so much after that from local regs they had to close. Frankly, I do not undersrand any of them in Toledo as of late, in the middle of everything vs out of the way like they were on Airport or even where Sky is, not much going on around there anymore.
