Applying this directly to Kylie, when you search Escort Babylon (aka "Reviewed") for her name, you will only find her posts that were using a number on which she had reviews because Escort Babylon already filters out phone numbers that do not have any reviews. If you search "Alligator" for her name, you'll see any posts that she put her name in. Across multiple phone numbers. These posts are ordered chronologically so you can see the most recent posts. From these hits, you can click "Read Reviews". If she changes her number, you will be able to see different sets of reviews / comments.
My plan is normally to search "Alligator" by name or by last four digits. But we know that some girls don't post a name, change their name and / or change their number. This can make it difficult to find them. Sometimes I look for somewhat unique words they use (particularly misspellings) and search on them. Sometimes it's just impossible to keep up.
In the interest of sharing information and making do with the imperfect information that we receive from the girls and fellow USA posters, hopefully this helps.

I think I've finally figured out that one of the reasons I struggle meeting new quality providers is because I have it backwards. I'll preface this with I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer.
