If they say "Taiwan Girl" they are almost certainly lying.
The Korean and Vietnamese shops tend to have, on the average, more aunties and grannies. That doesn't mean there is any shortage of aunties at the Chinese shops. But you are a lot more likely to see a hot young Chinese girl than a hot young Korean girl at a massage parlor. But "more likely" still doesn't mean very likely.
The Chinese shops tend to not have an "airlock" where there is a lobby area you go into and another locked door you have to pass through like nearly all Korean and Viet shops do.
