Went out to do a few loops this morning. Was completely dead for almost an hour. Had places to be so the first one I saw I went for it. From a distance, she looks smoking, sand, light, skin, black, make up done up all night. Carrying a black oversized handbag. Said her name is Wanda.

Half of her hair is dyed orange. It's possible she is Latina but her complexion and features makes me lean black. Her attitude and performance were that of a Latina though.

I saw her yesterday around 1-2 pm, got her right in front of the school across from the commercial construction going on. She was wearing tight pre ripped jeans that had some multi color threads mixed in with the light color denim. Pretty sure I've seen her wearing those jeans for weeks. I can confirm after seeing her today that she's using multiple substances and the voices that she talks to are a total stonewall to any improvement of her current situation. Like I don't even think she realizes she's living on the streets she's just in a cycle.
