Some of you may discount my stuff, but if why'all look back and then check the last news I sent ya you see I was speaking truth, check records and people disappearin and all. Do with this what ya want but there's a big ole elephant hangin out in this room there's a story in the news nobodys talking about here because there scared or something but they should a been. The sunny south side here been goin to shit. My little birdie on the inside is tellin me that dude here is givin his shit up to the man because he's in shit so deep and he's a big playa here. So do with this what why'all want take it or leave it, don't be askin me questions this all I going to say. If a guy you know as nostra calls or writes don't be answering, all I'm sayin.

A provider is not UTR if she has ads readily posted. The term UTR is getting thrown around way too much lately. That intriguing, exclusive, and mysterious UTR provider, as it turns out, advertises on BP and other sites. Maybe I'm the only one, but the term UTR tends to get my attention. Then I feel a bit duped. Please don't mislead when touting a girl you're trying to help or in your reporting.

Simple and honest request.

Simple and honest request.[/QUOTE]UTR does not have that rigid of a definition, same as GFE, to me UTR's may have (or had) an advertisement (or a few) but they are pretty "stealthy", I'd even consider someone that advertises on this site only UTR as they're not that exposed to the masses. If you try to rigidly define UTR like you are, then there's really only just a few that would have the status temporarily, or are we talking about mistresses?

Sometimes the rules are bent a little to keep some information "Under The Radar". Sorry you felt duped. Once you found out the truth, which was two PM's of your time, you could have just moved on to the next UTR but I think we get your point.

I don't totally agree with Bob's most recent post about this because I think if they advertise with contact phone info and pics they are not UTR. Actually most of Bob's ladies that he has posted about are UTR because their info is not known by anyone, except him, until he gives it to you. Advertising on the sister site is not UTR unless they put up a post without any contact info other than an e-mail address or just through PM's. Just another opinion.
