I have not posted in the Baltimore section but I thought I would share what I have learned over the last few months mongering in the Patapsco Avenue / Pontiac Avenue / Curtis Bay area.

Some generalizations based on my experience:

People's wallet are keeping them there, it could be by accident. I was driving with Kiara and taking her home from going out and we saw one walking along GOV Richie Hwy and we where both shocked. This was fully out in the open and in the day time. It was close to rush hour traffic in Brooklyn Park area. She was just as shocked as I. So there is a market for them in all areas and it is not suiting for us but it is there them. So there is no great mystery that they are around, they are here to stay as they always will be.
