I had to switch up my strategy of giving these women all of the money all up front, before any services have been rendered. I've had better experiences when dealing with new pussy, when I give half up front and the other half when the job is done. As long as I have known Don Mack this has always been an ongoing conversation that me and him always have had. I think we need to get together and have a board meeting. Nothing extravagant. Now the hoe economy situation I think should apply to dealing with UTR's. The goal of having UTR's is to save you money. Apply the hoe economy that Im talking of to that. Check this out. So when I take a UTR out I take them to say. A Ruby Tuesday in Buckhead or Roswell. The menu prices are the same as college park or decatur but the atmosphere is so upscale she would think you spent 80 bucks. But these hoes thinking they can change the scenery and charge 80 more dollars with a pussy valued at what I call dollar menu prices is and absolute no go!!

Mongers from that side of town seem to be ok paying the better rates. The only caveat is LE is a lot more aggressive up there. A couple familiar faces have been in the paper as busted. But it's true providers I know from Lithonia and Camp Creek area have setup shop near Windy Hill and go back and forth.
