You won't see LEO parked directly in front of the motels main entrance. You may need to circle the building or their cars could be on a nearby property. One of the reasons they set such low prices is to draw as many mongers as possible. Even if you contact the ad I'm sure your number m ger is being stored and saved on a device. I'm not saying future action would be taken on that but it's still somewhat incriminating depending what you talked or texted about.

I started over with Luna Even though I had a positive encounter the first time I saw her. I was able to conversate with her and we laughed some.
