They cow-tow and try to curry favor like these are potential girlfriends. They pay too much, say too much, and fuck it up for the rest of us. They try to impress or go above and beyond to please these women who truly care nothing for them and are in this solely for the money. How hard is it for these guys to figure out that this is all a game and you'll have a much better time if you play by the same set of rules some of us do?
